What a Weekend!
Friday night my sister and I got things ready for Sweet Pea's Birthday Bash, then hit Moundtown! It was quite an interesting evening, but fun to hang out just the two of us.
Saturday it was the BIG day. Sweet Pea was joined by 50 plus friends and family to help wish her a wonderful 2nd anniversary of her entrance into our lives and hearts. Dora came and she was all about Dora. The little princess turned into a dancing machine. Happy Brithday Sweet Pea. I love ya girl!

Then my sister and Eric invited Eric and I to a Mardi Gras Party a friend of their's was throwing. At first I was tired and didn't think I was going to go, but after Eric's idea of Salt and Pepa on a string and a quick nap we went to the party. I have not been to a party that was that much fun in a long time. It was great to see a lot of old friends I haven't seen for a while. It was also great to meet new friends. I actually ran into the guy I bought my house from 14 years ago. I got an egg full of glitter cracked over my head. I am still picking out glitter after two washes. There was a parade and we all marched around with noise makers, it was so fun. The food was good as well. I was glad I decided to go, and happy to have been included in the love tribe, Thanks guys that was nice and thanks for talking me into going.

Then Sunday my friend Jenn came over and we spent the day on the front porch with the sun shining and having a couple cold beverages. Some of my neighbors stopped over. It was a wonderful afternoon.
That is about it for updates. Happy Super Tuesday!
