Stollared
For anyone who does not know this term allow me to explain...
It is the act of making a commitment, sometimes with no intent, and not following through. Following through can be defined as a no show/no call, or in severe causes failure to answer the phone at the time of the commitment. You can be stollared days after the original commitment or even up to one hour after the commitment. It has no real time limit. There is no limit on the amount of times one can be stollared in a single day. Most recent was twice within 8 hours.
Should you find yourself stollared, there is to be no repercussions or talk of it there after. Should the subject arise, you should GET OVER IT, and back to business as usual. You can not take it personally because it happens to everyone. As far as depending on it, it as sure as death and taxes, and equally as pleasant.
Now that you know please proceed with caution.
