Bittersweet
Yesterday was the memorial service for my friend's father. It was very simple and pleasant. Although the occasion was sad enough, it was more about remembering Moe and the good times he brought to everyone in his life.
The little things he did each and every day to brighten someone else's world.
The gifts he would always carry in his van so he could pass them out and make someone smile.
The jokes he told, sometimes over and over again.
The way he embraced life, and had the most fun he could.
Not too much kept him down, he was always smiling and making the best of day.
I love that about him. I will miss him.
After the service a bunch of us met up at Tony and Cleo's. It was fun, Jepson's band was playing. It was the first time I have seen them play. Here some pics!
