Tagged

I got Tagged From my sister .

Here is how it works -

Tag you’re it!
Here's how you play: Once you have been tagged, you have to write a blog with 16 weird, random things, facts, habits or goals about yourself. At the end, choose 10 people to be tagged, listing their names. Don't forget to leave them a comment ("You're It") and to read your blog. You can't tag the person who tagged you. Since you can't tag me back, let me know when you've posted your blog so I can see your answers...
1) I am addicted to WebBoggle, my sister turned me on to it. I get very competitive and angry with people I do not even know over what they use for words.

2) I dislike feet. I am very fair about it, I dislike every one's above the age of 3.

3) I had my own newspaper column weekly when I was a Junior in High School in the Herald Star.

4) I would much rather do dirty and hard yard work outside than clean my house inside.

5) Fall is my favorite season, but I would really love for it to be Spring already!

6) I hate when people reply "I Love YOU More". It is like nails to a chalk board.

7) I am not a big shopper, so when I do go I buy a ton of the same thing in different colors.

8) I do not like chocolate. I dislike the aftertaste.

9) I have no clue how I survived so long without a computer or Internet.

10) I get excited when my sister gives me back a shirt or pair of shoes she borrowed (and said she didn't) two years later. It's like brand new to me.

11) I don't watch much TV. I would say an hour at most daily.

12) I have lived in the same house for 14 years and have I worked for the same company for 13 yrs this year. I like things to be consistent.

13) I like to travel, once I am there. I can usually only make it 5 days until I am homesick.

14) I love summer outdoor concerts.

15) My favorite thing to do is put on music and dance in my living room. I don't do it enough anymore. It makes me happy.

16) Eric thinks I have the BEST singing voice, (in my family).

I am not tagging anyone. My sister already hit up every blog I read.

Election Activity

I can't get enough of it all! The more I watch the more I realize that I may not be a one party person. Maybe when I registered I should have gone independent. It's crazy!
I do know that I really don't know enough about everyone to cast an opinion, but watching it all unfold amazes me. I like the change of Obama. I am drawn to McCain. Rudy is now going back McCain. He is the people's MAYOR! Hillary I could do without, until I saw her speak tonight. She is so polished, an amazing politician. I know that I dislike Romney! Mitt..save your millions!
I know that I don't need to decide right now, I am just blown away by how my thoughts and my interests have changed within 7 years. Perhaps, I didn't really pay as much attention as I should have. Who Knows!

It's been a while!

Some pics from this past weekend first......

Dave and Renea

It was really great seeing JA! well, Danno too!

The Road Worthy is really nice. First time I was there. I can't believe how big it is. The Trainjumpers were great! It was snowing pretty bad so Eric and I left on the early side. I did get to see a lot of people, and I had a blast. I had fun dancing with my little sister!

Pic from G Love this past Monday.... It was great! Long drive, but worth it. He played for about 3 hours. Eric, g Moe and Myself went to Columbus. We ran into Amy and her friends there at the Newport Music Hall. Had the best gyro before the show at this little Greek diner.

I was really moved today by the Kennedy/Obama speeches. If you know me, than that says a lot. It was incredible to watch, glad I had the day off. Bush's last State Of The Union is tonight!

Excited!

Tomorrow my Sister and I are going to get our hair done. I can't remember the last time we went together and made a day of it. I think it was when she was living here and we went to Salon Left Bank under Uncle Pete's. Well we still go to Salon Left Bank but it's downtown. I am excited, for a couple reasons.....my hair is in desperate need of Danny's attention. I am turning blonder everyday. Plus I get to hang with Amanda and we are good at telling each other what looks good and does not. I am game to change some things and I think it will be easier if she is there. She is the experimental one of the family.
I am also very excited for G Love....Next Monday. I can't wait. I have been checking out his shows and he is playing some new stuff from his studio sessions this fall.
I just ordered the new Jack Johnson CD too! It releases the first part of February. There is something about new music that makes me happy! VERY HAPPY!

An Absolutely Perfect Sunday

How I love a Sunday at the Cord Harms home. It was a typical Jenn and Carm Sunday. Trip to the store, newspaper, crossword puzzle, book, no shower, no rushing, no makeup and no worries! Senseless conversations, tons of giggles, and a lot of snacks!

It was so relaxing and just plain lazy fun.

Here is Sammy and Princess Reesie Cord Harms...(Sammy had to wear the goggles because Reesie likes to lick her face.

I hated to leave...got a bit sad. I always do when I have to leave them. THANK YOU Cord Harms Clan for a great weekend! Love Ya Bunches!

I am glad I came home though. Amanda and I had fun recreating an invite for Sweet Pea's Birthday. I got to see Eric. Plus, my father surprised me by finishing and even painting the rest of my kitchen. Thanks Dad I really appreciate it, I LOVE YOU!

Happy Birthday Cassidy!

My sweet little Cassidy turned 8!

The magic of a "Fairy Catching kit"

And this is the look of complete excitement. She received an American Girl Doll that looks like her and even wears glasses like her! It was so sweet. She told us "I have a really good feeling on my inside about this one", as she opened the last gift.

Happy Birthday!

Today is Dave Matthews Birthday! In honor of that I am wearing my new DMB Hoodie! (Thanks Eric)
I am really looking forward to the G Love show on the 21st in Columbus. I tried to recruit my sister but she really doesn't care much for him. I believe her words were "why don't you find someone who likes him to go with." I think I have Eric talked into it and my friend from work. I haven't seen him up close for a full length show. Carm and I got rained out at Hartwood Acres and he only played six or so songs. And when he opened for DMB it was at Starlake and you couldn't hear real well or see much from the lawn. Only weeks away.
This weekend is Cassidy's birthday so I am heading to Pittsburgh. I will be sure to take lots of pictures. I can't believe she is going to be eight years old. She is still just a little peanut though. A peanut with a grown up vocabulary and attitude to match. I love her.
